Shipping

Due to recent increases in carrier fees—particularly for oversized packages (such as hoops and mini carpets) and fuel surcharges—shipping costs may be adjusted. Please note that these increases are beyond our control.

Because of the high shipping cost of hoops, we strongly recommend that clubs, parents, and gymnasts coordinate their orders and purchase multiple hoops together. This allows shipping costs to be shared and reduced.

Shipping Hoops and Mini Carpets

• Hoops are shipped separately at a flat rate of $40.00 per senior or junior hoop and $35.00 per beginner hoop. 
• Mini carpets ship at a flat rate of $80.00.

For orders including multiple hoops (up to 8 hoops per package), please contact us with the quantity, sizes, and shipping address so we can provide an adjusted shipping quote.

For carpet orders, please contact us with your location details so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $250.00 before taxes (excluding hoops and mini carpets).

Discounts

Hoops and mini carpets must be ordered separately.

Competition Apparatus Logos

All competition apparatuses include FIG and manufacturer logos. To preserve these logos, we recommend covering them with transparent tape, except for apparatuses with laser markings.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense. Sale items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
